2. No Guarantee of Business Results
VallisIQ may build and manage systems intended to improve organization, communication, follow-up, automation, and operational efficiency. We do not guarantee specific revenue, sales, lead-conversion rates, business growth, or other financial outcomes.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, necessary system access, required credentials, content, business rules, and other information reasonably needed to perform agreed services.
Clients remain responsible for the lawful operation of their businesses and for reviewing communications, workflows, policies, and business practices before use.
4. Third-Party Platforms
VallisIQ may configure or integrate third-party services such as customer relationship management platforms, messaging providers, payment processors, scheduling platforms, advertising platforms, artificial intelligence tools, and other software.
VallisIQ does not control third-party platforms and is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, account restrictions, suspensions, data loss, or other actions taken by those providers.
5. Electronic Communications
By providing your contact information and communicating with VallisIQ, you agree that we may contact you electronically regarding inquiries, requested services, appointments, account matters, or business communications.
Where required, marketing or promotional text messages will only be sent with appropriate consent.
6. SMS Messaging Terms
If you expressly consent to receive text messages from VallisIQ LLC, message frequency may vary and message and data rates may apply.
You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. You may reply HELP for assistance.
Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Mobile information and SMS consent data will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
7. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, VallisIQ retains ownership of its pre-existing processes, frameworks, methodologies, templates, reusable automation structures, documentation methods, know-how, and other intellectual property.
Client-specific data and materials provided by the client remain the property of the client or their respective owners.
8. Acceptable Use
You may not use VallisIQ services or systems for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or unauthorized purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that your own communications and business activities comply with applicable laws, industry requirements, and platform policies.
9. Confidentiality and Data
VallisIQ will use reasonable care when handling client information and credentials. Additional confidentiality, data-processing, ownership, and security obligations may be addressed in a separate client agreement.
Our handling of personal information is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Payment and Cancellation
Fees, billing schedules, deposits, recurring charges, cancellation terms, and refund provisions will be governed by the applicable proposal, order form, service
agreement, or client contract.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, VallisIQ will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, services, automations, integrations, or third-party systems.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
